"I love living in River Terrace"
I love living in River Terrace. Close proximity to H st. but just far away enough to not have to deal with all the noise and stress of living in a densely populated area. Whole Foods and coffee shops like Maketto! are less than 5 minutes away. The park and Anacostia River are beautiful especially in the morning. Langston golf course is right across the street. Parking is hassle free and your neighbors are friendly. I moved from NW and don't understand why more people don't live here. A big complaint is lack of metro or transportation but with Lyft and Uber who needs public transportation!? Also very bike friendly.
