"close to everything"

This street is great to live on in terms of accessibility. There is a Fry's Food and Drug right on the street, and any errands you need to run on a day to day basis can be done within a mile. There is a movie theater and a WAL-MART within walking distance. Very close to the 60 freeway. It is a generally quiet neighborhood. The downside is there are alot of stray cats! Especially in the apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly, but can be noisy. There is a "Gilbert Days" parade once a year that can cause severe traffic, but nothing of major interruption.

"small cul de sac"

This small cul de sac can be noisy at times, but most of the time it is quiet. It is in Upland, which is a small residential town. Quince Way is on 19th street located next to Euclid avenue which has a historical dirt road down the middle of it. This road used to be a path for mules but is now a common trail for walking, jogging, running or bike riding. It is walking distance from Mt. Baldy which is great for late night drives, hiking, fishing, or just enjoying a scenic view. The downside of being so close to Mt. Baldy is coyotes sometimes come down to the backyards of this neighborhood.

"Kid Friendly Neighborhood"

Encinas ave is right between two schools: an elementary and a high school. There are always kids out on the street or in their front yard. The neighbors are friendly and will say "hi". It is a nice neighborhood with a neighborhood park complete with swings and picnic tables. All the houses are one or two story homes and most have neat landscaped front yards. Banner Hospital is very close, as well as many churches. It is not noisy at night other than the occasional dog barking, and it is generally safe. The HOA promotes alarm systems in every house and a discount is available to neighborhood residents. The downside is there is a lot of construction and road work happening on adjacent main roads. It can sometimes take 15 minutes to go a quarter mile when road work is going on.
