"Soon-To-Be The Place to Be"
Buckhead Village is currently going through a MAJOR transformation. Just 5 short years ago, this place was full of trendy bars and nightclubs. With the crowd came the crime and the residents didn't like it. All of the bars and clubs have been torn down to make way for The Streets of Buckhead. This promises to be the 'Rodeo Drive' of Atlanta. High-End stores such as Prada, Louis Vitton and Gucci are set to open up within a couple of years and older apartments are being torn down to make way for high-end condos. The current recession has development at a snails pace but there is construction everywhere. There are a few elegant places to eat (Pricci) and The Atlanta Fish Market. Not much room for parks or greenspace, and traffic amongst all this construction is a pain. This is one of the few places in Atlanta where 'everything' is located within walking distance and the subway (Marta) and major highways are a short distance away. Much Potential.
