"Great Neighborhood for young families looking for a starter home."
We recently purchased our first home in Graniteville's Cypress Crest Condo Community. Growing up in the Bensonhurst and Boro Park neighborhoods of Brooklyn as a child everyone knew everyone and children would be outside during the summer Months with there parents as we played every sport from wuffle ball, soccer, hockey, to basketball. This community has brought that feeling back. My wife not being a driver, it was difficult for us locating a nice area where shopping was commutable by foot. My office being in Bensonhurst, the commute by car is 15 minutes without traffic and 30 minutes in bad traffic. To sum it up Graniteville is a suburban feel with Brooklyn Character (easily accessible By foot, mass transit or car and a tight knit community)
