Gelding is very centrally located to top notch fun. Just down the street is a 7000 seat hockey arena. Now you don't need to drive 100 miles south to Phoenix to see great professional hockey. Love the out doors? We have a great hiking biking trail, The Iron King, that goes in a 14mile loop. You'll see beautiful granite formations right before you come to Watson Lake. If you prefer to drive in the outdoors we have miles and miles of ATV and and 4WD trails. North Gelding has a lot of home owners, very few renters, that have owned since the street started out. Its very quite. People like walking with family/dogs. The weather in the summer, fall and spring are great for walks. If you don't mind temps in the 20's-40's in winter, then it's great for walking in winter as well. Most homes are in great shape. Most homes feature yards of rock and watersipping plants and trees. Including my home, very few have grass in the front yard. If you're looking for a great neighborhood in Prescott Valley then Unit 19 is great!
