"New Jersey's Oldest Community - Right out of a Storybook!"
Haddonfield is nestled right smack in between the two major commercial communities of Cherry Hill and Voorhees/Berlin. As you drive down Kings Highway (the main street) you'll think you've been magically transported back in time to the colonial or Victorian era. If you're lucky enough to visit at Christmas, it feels like a fairy tale with the decorations and lights lining the street. The people in Haddonfield love living in Haddonfield - and they won't hesitate to tell you. The PATCO Speedline (from Philly to AC) runs right through town so if you're a fan of getting into to Old City for even more great dining, shopping, nightlife, and historical tourism, then living in Haddonfield makes that even easier. The schools are also some of the best in the area and they just won a football championship! Like all quaker towns in the area, Haddonfield is dry so all the fancy and fun restaurants are BYO but if you're looking for something to bring, there are liquor stores available at ever major intersection just outside the town (proper). If you want quaint but you want to remain close to major shopping/dining and more, Haddonfield is one of the premiere communities in Camden County and all of South Jersey.

"THE place to raise a family in South Jersey!"
Pittsgrove township is an anomaly in this day and age. A post-modern masterpiece, the community draws from as far back as the 1940s and up through the present day. Is it perfect? Certainly not. But it is about as close as you can get to perfect. The schools are some of the best in the state - Schalick High School is in the top 3 best group I size schools in all of New Jersey. There are plenty of parks including Parvin State Park (which has a lake in addition to the forest). There is plenty of youth sports and there are a few churches. It's a wholesome place to grow up. There is a lot of square mileage between your kids' friends' houses so you'll have to drive them around. And it's a good 10-15 minutes from the nearest highway (route 55) which goes both south toward Wildwood and north toward Philadelphia. If you're looking for a wonderful community off the beaten path, Pittsgrove is the best place to raise a family away from the negative influence of some of the rest of the towns and schools of New Jersey.
