E ast Blackwell Street is part of West Blackwell Street- the main road going through Dover NJ. The majority of the restaurants and shops along this street cater to Hispanic customers, as well as those of non-Hispanic decent. Blackwell Street also has a couple Hispanic nightclubs and there is also Murphey's Bar off of the street at the train station. Blackwell Street gets excellent cell phone, internet and cable reception also. There is a hospital nearby, as well as a couple of parks, and schools and day care.

The biggest downside I would say for East Blackwell Street would be the traffic and the noise. Throughout the day many cars and trucks pass through town, creating bad traffic between traffic lights and the noise of the cars.
