"Nice safe neighborhood"

This is a great racially diverse neighborhood. I have lived here for over 5 years and i've never had any problems with anyone. It's a nice quiet place to live. There are genuinely nice people on this street. There are plenty of things to do. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a little strip mall where you eat, workout, and shop. Overally a great place to live
