Aspen is located in west Davis, just south of Covell Blvd. The neighborhood is close to Patwin Elementary School, Emerson Junior High School, Arroyo Park, Sutter Davis Hospital, Starbucks, Safeway and other restaurants. And it’s only two miles from UC Davis. Aspen has a mix of single story and two story, traditional suburban style homes. Four out of five homes is owner occupied, as of 2016. The average home in Aspen is 1,900 square feet, with three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, and was built in the late 1990’s. There are some newer homes that were built in the last 10 years. In 2015 the average price per square foot was $341 and home values were $675,000.
