Basically, Spring Lake is a city centered on military life. One of the nation’s largest army bases sits right at the town entry, Fort Bragg. Spring Lake is super convenient for military families with the commute to base anywhere from 1-15 minutes. Soldiers can grab a quick lunch, as this town is located right outside the base gate. There are your typical fast food spots and a few diner like restaurants as well. Not too much going on here in the entertainment nightlife business, you would have to travel to the connected city of Fayetteville for that. No movie theater, park, club, anything of that nature to speak on, as Spring Lake is merely a town frequented by soldiers during the day and providing a place for them to sleep at night.
