"Affordable & Historic"
Abundance of historic homes, this neighborhood has no shortage of character. The vibe here is great, everyone is very neighborly. Crime has been an issue in the past, but has gotten better. Schools are not so great (nor are they across the county) Easily my favorite neighborhood in Chattanooga

"Woodsy, noisy"
Surrounded by very tall pine trees. Forget satellite TV. I was welcomed to the neighborhood by pine trees falling on the house. Neighbors keep to themselves mostly. You would hardly believe anyone lived here, except for the noise! I575 is way to close, plus you here 'bump bump' music super loud from surrounding neighborhoods. There are some walking trails through the woods, but poorly maintained with trash everywhere.
