About Me
Kyle Frazier, Broker Associate, is an expert in marketing and selling Marin County homes — he is frequently interviewed and quoted by local and national media (including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Marin Extraordinary Living, San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Tiburon Ark, Novato Advance, NorthBayBiz, and The Residential Specialist). Kyle has also been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.
Kyle is a Top 1% agent in Marin County (2012 — Kyle was #10 in total sales and #14 in gross sales). Kyle was the #1 agent in his Kentfield office of Pacific Union. Pacific Union was the #1 real estate brokerage in Marin for all homes over $1 million in Marin County in 2012.
Kyle is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – one of just a few in Marin County, California. This is the highest level of distinction granted by the National Association of Realtors, requiring exceptional experience, sales results, and educational requirements. In addition, Kyle is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). As far as we know, he is the only sales consultant in Marin County with this combination of exclusive credentials (Kyle is also a licensed Broker and former attorney).
Before joining Pacific Union International, Kyle was one of Frank Howard Allen Realtor’s top Marin agents in listings, sales volume, and transactions.
When he joined Pacific Union International, Kyle was the Top Grossing agent in his Frank Howard Allen office (out of 45+ agents) and a member of the exclusive “Chairman’s Circle of Excellence.” In addition, he was awarded the Founder’s Award for exemplary service to the community (this award is typically given to one agent per year out of 500+ agents). Kyle was also the recipient of Frank Howard Allen Realtors’ Client Service Award for four consecutive years.
Before entering real estate, Kyle practiced law in the San Francisco offices of two top-flight law firms and also spent two years with the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Kyle is an original member of the Marin Platinum Group (Top 100 agents in Marin) — membership is exclusively restricted to the top 100 Marin County real estate agents. Each week the members of the Marin Platinum Group add new properties and homes for sale “off market” (e.g., homes that are not on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.). The criteria for including homes on our list is strictly enforced — agents must ensure that each home is reasonably available for viewing to Marin Platinum Group members and that the owners are amenable to selling the home “off market.” There are many reasons a seller would prefer to be kept off the public radar and avoid having to go through the typical home selling process: privacy, a desire to avoid the emotional roller coaster, selling the home “as is” and not worrying about the cost and process of preparing the home to a “pristine” state, as well as the fact that selling your home can interrupt your lifestyle. There are currently over 65 such properties available to clients of members of the Marin Platinum Group.
Kyle is also a member of the Top Agent Network (top 10% of Marin agents).

"Cascade Canyon, Mill Valley"
It is supremely picturesque and a hot area for real estate. Tall redwoods, lots of trails, parkland, and the prototypically narrow Mill Valley streets are all present here. Many homes are just a short walk to downtown. Many other homes are way up in the hills–the ultimate in privacy.

"Marin County, California (An Introduction)"
Second, in the 1970’s, Marin County adopted what was called a zero-growth policy. In reality it is a slow growth policy, but the result has been that new home construction, beyond infilling and one-offs projects, has been very limited. So, over the past 45 years, large scale projects have been fairly rare. Proposals are stringently scrutinized and surrounding communities have a large impact on the result of applications. Thus, about 80% of the land in Marin is protected open space.
Third, the quality of life in Marin is second-to-none. Unlike the South Bay (Santa Clara County) and Peninsula (San Mateo County), home prices remain relatively affordable for the region. Unlike Alameda County, crime rates in Marin are very low and one does not have to worry too much about car break-ins or random violent crime. Unlike East Bay counties like Contra Costa County, the weather remains on a fairly steady and enjoyable path year round (e.g., we do not get the extreme heat associated with East Bay communities in the Summer time).
