About Me

Lewis Arlt was appointed Brokerage Manager of the Scarsdale branch of Houlihan Lawrence in 2003. Prior to his managment career, he was a successful sales agent for the company. Since 2007, the Scarsdale Brokerage team has grown into the dominant real estate office in Westchester County. With over 80 active, full-time agents, who combine superior market knowledge, dedication to client service, and unique cutting edge technology, the office garners about 50% of market share yearly. A spirit of team pervades the office philopsophy, and creates an unparalleled atmosphere of trust and transparency.
