"Good Place to Start Out"
Up and coming neighborhood. A good mix of college kids, young professionals and young singles. Some rif-raf that walks through the neighborhood on their way to downtown, but nothing to really worry about. Pet friendly- dog park very near by. Friendly people. Some of our neighbors have become some of our best friends. Definitley check out Gable Square Saloon if you're in the area.
