"Rockville-An Extremely Diverse Maryland Suburb"

Rockville is a suburb of Washington, DC, located about 12 miles from the city. The area is a melting pot, with many East and South Asians, Eastern Europeans, Hispanics/Latinos, and African-Americans calling it home. While the downtown and its immediate vicinity are very urban, the rest of rockville is mostly acres and acres of suburbs.(This could be good or bad, depending on who you are.) There are a lot of really nice local markets and restaurants, and there is a farmers market every Saturday in Downtown. As far as public transit goes, there is the WMATA Red Line, going through Bethesda, NW DC, Downtown DC, NE DC, Silver Spring, Wheaton, and Glenmont, which is really frequent. The WMATA Q bus routes, which pass through Rockville towards Shady Grove or Silver Spring, are also frequent. Ride On, the local transit authority, operates the 55 and 46, which are frequent, as well as many less frequent routes, like the 45, 52, 56, 48, etc. WMATA also operates the T2 bus, which is infrequent, and operated by Ride On on weekends.

"Rogers Park-A Gem on the North Side"

Rogers Park is a dense, quite safe neighborhood on the north side of the city. The area is very diverse, both culturally and socioeconomically, and is very urban. Good public transit is also present, with several frequent bus routes, the L which is also frequent, and the Red Line L and #22 Clark bus, both of which run all night. The neighborhood has a very nice community feel, and nice arts and entertainment. Small neighborhood commercial properties are on most major roads. There are also very nice beaches and parks.
