Stickney Point Road is the gateway to the most deluxe beaches and nightlife in Sarasota. Siesta Key has anything you could want...and more! This is a great vacation spot for anyone from teenagers to retirees. It doesn't get any more beautiful than the sugary beaches, excellent retail and wonderful eateries of Siesta Key. Thumbs up!

Pursell is just off Webber. This is a great starter neighborhood in the suburban area of Sarasota. There are a variety of home types but mainly 2/1 and 3/2 ranches. This is conveniently located to shopping, schools, beaches and nightlife. This is an affordable and safe area.

the hustle and bustle of city living will pass you by in this dreamy village west of the trail. another perfect neighborhood of refinished homes from another era! i love the close proximity to shopping and culture. ***

South Orange Avenue is comprised of office buildings, boutiques, businesses and lots of things to do. This is nestled in downtown Sarasota but you don't get the typical dirty city feel. It is a well manicured area! Burns court shopping is nearby and the Pineapple district is right next door.

Gulf Gate drive is a meandering stretch of 2-3 miles of wonderful Florida style living. The tree lined streets are laden with beautiful homes, impressive landscaping and a generally great feel! Once you get to the Gulf Gate Village shopping area, you are right at home. There are restaurants, pubs, salons, attorneys, realtors, consignment shops and just the neatest selection of businesses. This is one of Sarasota's most adorable neighborhoods.

This is a safe and family oriented neighborhood. Everywhere you look, you will see people jogging, dog walking and exercising, children playing, yards being maintained. Turtle Rock is a wonderful place and I would give it a great rating!

This is a great starter neighborhood or a place for younger people! I think that this is a great transitional area and a place where you can get good value for your money.

Horizon Road is a great place to call home! I can't think of a better, quieter, cleaner and happier place to raise a family.
