"Lovely neighborhood, Friendly neighbors"
We recently moved into the neighborhood. When it came time to purchase a home this was the first neighborhood I wanted to look in - I have always loved this development. The streets are nice and wide. The lots are big (about a quarter acre each). The homes all come with three car garages and most have RV parking.
This neighborhood really only has one downfall - Warm Springs is right behind it and can be noisy if you open your windows much. Thankfully (I guess) this is Las Vegas, and it is too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer to have the windows open much.
The neighborhood itself is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The houses have been kept up nicely. People get out and walk their dogs, ride bikes and fitness walk around the neighborhood often, and will visit if you say hello. We moved in recently and fixed the landscaping that had been neglected and had quite a few people stop by on their way in and out of the neighborhood to say it looked great. It has been a nice treat compared to other neighborhoods in Las Vegas where the neighbors never say hello.
There are now two nice shopping malls nearby and all the restaurants you could want. The schools are some of the best in the valley and the elementary schools are only about one block away. The neighborhood is very safe and comfortable.
