"The road that has it all"
This road has it all. On one end you have the largest naval base in the united states and on the other end you have the children's hospital. Some where in the middle you can find Old Dominion University.

"Up and coming city"
Portsmouth or "P-town" as it is called by locals is shaping out to be a great up and coming city. Many who lived in Portsmouth for quiet a while know that Portsmouth has been refer ed as one of the poorer cities in Hampton Roads. But when you drive around the city you see that there is so much offered. There are many attractions, concert venues and museums.

East City Hall Ave
"Great area for dinning and walking"
When I was younger downtown Norfolk was not the best part of town/ But with the MacArthur Center and the tons of resturants opening it has become a great place to live and work. The traffic on City Hall Ave could make you want to pull your hair out, but the area is very easy to navigate on foot. I personally enjoy walking downtown verse driving.
