If you can afford it, this is the place to buy a home. Schools are excellent, the location is great, and the real estate market has held its own.
This neighborhood is good for couples and families and even singles along San Vicente Blvd where you'll find a more dense area of condos and apartments. It's got the best of everything; Walking distance to the beach, the Third Street Promenade shopping, Montana shopping, the Santa Monica pier, and the beach!

This is a great family neighborhood. It has a nice little close-knit downtown area and the school systems are excellent. It's a beautiful area and homes are pretty expensive, but if you can afford it, it's the place to raise your family.

This neighborhood is great for singles and couples. It's got the best of everything. Walking distance to the beach, the Third Street Promenade shopping, Montana shopping, the Santa Monica pier, and the beach! Living here you have easy access to the freeway via Hwy 1 or the 10 Freeway. Santa Monica is just 15 minutes away from Malibu which is great for surfing, and it's just a few miles from Venice beach too. This location is highly dense with apartments so it's fairly easy to find a rental but you will pay a premium for it.
