"Find your inner peace"

Ah Mott. St. The center of China town in NYC. Mott St. is full of Chinese food and retail. Dont get me wrong they have your McDonald"s there to but I wouldn't recommend it. I went one time and only available food was fish. Little shops surround both sides of the street. Shops where you can find hello kitty and other characters. Its a street where one can learn to appreciate other cultures.

"The tree of hope"

The Avenue of the Americas or 6th Avenue is the best street in NYC. It is on this street you can visit the Rockefeller tree. This street is lined with trees as you walk down looking at stores and beauty. In the winter time this street makes Christmas come to life. Every tree is lit all the way up to Rockefeller Center. I wish I could live on this street. It is so quiet and peaceful.

"A place if you dont want to see much"

Cortlandt st. is really just a road to no where. It is a street full of trash and debris. I recall construction all the time being done. You really cant do much here. I look at it as more of a place people are going to get away from the city life. The dead zone of NYC.

"Neve forgotten memory"

When I was a kid my mom took me here to the fish market where you could watch the fish come in and be packed. They even let me go over and throw a slimy fish to the packer. Fulton st takes you to the South Street Seaport where you can wander off in your own world of peace. The view of the East River is amazing. Occasionally mimes are out to entertain you. Fulton st can be more dirty and smell funny but overall a good site.

"Peace of mind for the college kids"

A street full of shops and food. Every college students dream. I remember going to a vegetarian restaurant on Macdougal 8 years ago. I ordered a chef salad and I will never forget it came in what looked like the biggest bowl ever. And the price was cheap. Macdougal st has many less priced places to offer those who visit. You can even get out at night and choose from a variety of piercing shops if you were getting a secret tattoo or anything. A casual student population is roaming Macdougal st. But it is a place I would take anyone to.

"What a beauty"

This street is your first stop if your a tourist. To many its known as Times Square. Here on w 42nd street you will have your eyes open and never want to blink. You have every souvenir shop at hand to get those left behind a lil something. The advertisements surrounding you make you indulge in a spending spree. From candy stores to bazaars you get it all. This street can also be noisy with all the hustle and bustle. The crowd may scare you. But hold on tight because this is one ride you will enjoy!

"understanding our money"

Ever wonder who those people are you see on cnn ringing the bell for the stockmarket? Well if you get to Wall st you yourself can see that. Financial offices line the street along with statues from a variety of artists. When I was a kid i saw the thinker on wall street. Food choice on wall st however at the time was limited to the hot dog vendor. Which is okay if you are in a hurry like many of those employed on Wall st. Its a great way to catch up on our countries economy.

"A place for famiy times"

Broadway is the most fantastic street. In the heart of the the theater district on Broadway you will find shows for all ages. Shopping centers everywhere you turn. The billboards and lights of Broadway make night turn into day. Broadway is fun for all ages. I remember first walking on Broadway street and seeing Julianna Marguilles from er. She had come out of viewing a show. It was great.

"An Unforgettable Place"

Bay Ridge. A calm and quiet neighborhood. This is a great spot to live with public transportation at the heart. The main subways and main buses are near to get you anywhere. The little shops along the streets provide many food, gifts, and other items to suit ones needs. There is always somewhere fun to go for a run or walk. In the time I lived there, crime was low. It felt safe to be out at night. There was no need to constantly look over your shoulder. Bay Ridge is a neighborhood full of smiling people and societal happiness. It is a place I will never forget and cant wait to return to one day!

"The Life of Erie"

Erie is a small city in the Northwestern Corner of PA. It is right off Lake Erie. I have lived here for ten years now and have found like other cities, it has its downsides and upsides. Erie has the beautiful Presque Isle which is 14 miles of land wrapped around the lake where one can walk, jog, ride a bike, or drive for relaxation. The night view of the lake is best at the dock where the bicentennial tower stands lit up. It is a great place if you are 21. The nightlife has expanded with a variety of clubs and pool halls. However for those under 21 there isn't much to do. The younger ones can only go to a movie or the mall pretty much. Erie is fun for the older crowd and a great location for retirement.
