Has a strong neighborhood association which keeps the owners and families in mind. This street is located on a golf club with tennis courts and swimming pool, which is has openings and public access. It is situated about half way between downtown and beach communities. It does sit on/near the Cape Fear River and its tributaries. There is nearby local grocery,shops and restuarants . A bike ride will take you to a city park with programs and nature walks or to a new art museum.
