"Hurleton Road A Little Slice Of Heaven"
Ten minutes outside of the Oroville City limits there's a little, winding, country road that is a piece of heaven to live on. It's the kind of road where ever body knows every one and there is no strangers.
Once upon a time there was a little country bar at the beginning of the road that also served as the little country store. I'm sad to say that now this little bar/store is torn down and a house is being built in it's place.
Hurleton Road holds a lot of history. History that a lot of people are not aware of. There use to be an Indian camp up the road. At 616 Hurleton road there is an Indian grave, a ritual rock that is carved out and a beautiful creek.
Ten minutes down the hill you have Oroville where you will find your grocery stores, a brand new apple bees, hospital,a couple of schools and several Churches for your worshiping needs.
So if you are looking for a good place to call home that is out in the country but still close enough to a town and lets not forget Oroville Lake take the drive up to Hurleton Road and you will find that perfect place to call home.
