"Busy Suburban Street"
We lived on Warm Springs Rd near Green Valley Pkwy for 5 years ending in 2002. We were in apartments across from a grocery chain with a couple fast food places. We thought the pace of living there was very busy. Because it's a 24-hour town, many of our residents worked all hours of the day. Being close to a major intersection was nice for getting somewhere, but it was busy and noisy. There were good bicycle lanes on the main thoroughfares and the side streets were quiet for walking and cycling.

"Quiet Suburban Street"
36th St south of Hwy 370 has a quiet suburban feel to it, but it has been getting more traffic because of it. New subdivisions are opening up on our stretch. The schools and street infrastructure (snow plowing, etc) have been great. There are a few eating establishments, big theater, grocery stores, close by at Hwy 370. An excellent cycling/walking path is close by. We love the area.
