West Williams Drive in north Phoenix is about the best neighborhood I have ever lived in! It is quiet, yet still has all the amenities. There are great schools nearby but you don't hear the noise because of proper walls that exist. It is only about four miles to Arrowhead Mall and not much further to the new NFL stadium. There are great places to shop like "AJ's Fine Foods" and all the services you could need. Oh, did I mention that there are golf courses for every budget all around the area! All in all, the best neighborhood around and the best street to live on!

Greenway Parkway runs through north Phoenix, from 19th Ave. to the 51 Freeway. It is a great way to travel that area because it is four lanes and there are less traffic lights to hit. It is a great alternative to taking Bell Road. It also has great access to many of the neighborhoods and apartment complexes. Another appealing trait is that it is loaded with retail stores and services. It is a fast way to get to Paradise Valley and over to the busy surface street 19th Ave. If you take the 51 Freeway or 19th Ave to go to work, than living off of Greenway Parkway would make that very easy. It can be very busy, but generally it does not have the back-ups that Bell Road has. Everything you need in life is either on, or right off of, Greenway Parkway!
