"Great Neigborhood, Schools and Parks"

Our street in the warm springs district of Fremont is a great place to raise a family. Excellent elementary and middle schools that compare favorably to the top rated schools in the Mission San Jose district of Fremont without the higher house prices.

I have lived here for about 8 months and have become good friends with several neighbors. On warm summer evenings, you will find several families walking around with kids or pets in toe. Great access to freeways 680, 880 and 237 and lots of local Asian restaurants nearby.
