"Quiet, Well Maintained Neighborhood"

Very quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Nice to have a home with a yard - new construction in the area does not have the privacy this neighborhood offers. Excellent construction - better than new - very high quality materials had been used, homes are in excellent condition.
