"North Palo Alto (Duveneck St. Francis Neighborhood)"
Our part of St. Francis is the windy part between Oregon Expwy and Embarcadero Rd.
It has beautiful city owned Liquid Ambar trees all along it and is very nice.

"Nightlife and Dining"
This is *the* street in Palo Alto for dining and fun. It's more upscale than California Avenue and more interesting than Santa Cruz Ave. in Menlo Park.
Downside: homeless people flock to it in greater numbers each year
