About Me

Buying and or Selling a home in today’s real estate market is a challenging prospect and priority one is finding an agent who will make your priorities what matters most.

Whether you need to move now or at some point in the future, it’s never too soon to begin the process of knowing your market. Due diligence is a key component to peace of mind. For most people, a home purchase is the largest transaction they will ever make. Be sure to know your target neighborhood well enough to recognize the right deal at the right time.

Robert Dixon is a third generation Californian with roots in South Bay, Hollywood and the Greater Los Angeles area.

"Premium PVE view street"

Quiet secluded culdesac with only six large lots (5 built) off Via Arriba in prime Palos Verdes Estates. Mexico Place is a flat point overlooking Bluff Cove at the western end of the strip of PV parkland that runs along PV Drive West starting at City Hall in Malaga Cove.
Pros
  • Large lots
  • View, view, view
  • Secluded

"The chain of the Queens Necklace"

Via Del Monte winds from Via Corta at the Malaga Cove Plaza and the Historic Malaga Cove Library through the heart of Palos Verdes Estates and is lined by luxury homes with among the most dramatic Queens Necklace views on the peninsula. Homes on the downhill side of lower VDM, below Via Somonte feature larger usable lots that boarder parkland and are a short walk, via a rural trail from the plaza. Houses further up have less usable ground due to the slope, but have great views. Roughly half way up, an open space allows motorist and cyclist to see the entire LA basin and the coastline all the way to Point Magoo.
Pros
  • Amazing views
  • Beautiful and Historic architecture
Cons
  • High traffic, cars and bicycles
  • Low turnover
