"Wealthy community"
Del Rio is a very small, affluent community of homes with wealthy individuals. Some are retired , others are lawyers and doctors with an average income of a minimum of $150K+. Business owners live here as well. It's what you would expect from a typical wealthy suburb that is patrolled by security as well.
