"Great restaurants and good people live in Claremont"
I have lived in Claremont since 1998, and I love living here. I live within walking distance of the village and all of it's great restaurants and businesses. Claremont also has one of the last indy record stores, and yes it is still thriving. We have great markets/grocery stores like Vons, Stater Brothers, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Wolfe's and Super King spread throughout the city so you are always close to shopping no matter where you live. Keeping the Good in Your Neighborhood is a community wide Neighborhood watch group that works together with the police department to help keep crime where we like it...DOWN!! Claremont also has access to the 10 and 210 fwys, has a Metrolink Train Station and a bus station for all of your commuting needs. The schools in Claremont are 2nd to none and Claremont has a very active senior population. If you are looking for a great community to move to or visit in California, put Claremont on your must see list!
