"Evergreen is a nice place to raise a family."

Grew up in this neighborhood. Friendly environment. Walked to school for elementary, junior high and high school. Conveniently located near the library.

"Live in montierra apartments for 2 years. Very happy"

While living near the 15 could potentially be a noise problem, the location of our apartment has not had this issue. It's fairly quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
