"Urban living with small city feel"
Pacific as you well know is long street running all the way down past Chinatown all the way west to Pacific Heights. We live in the "cleavage" of Nob and Russian Hill section although cabbies know it as Russian Hill.
If you need your nails done or laundry done by god if you live here you are set forever, with nearby do your own laundry mats as well as a half dozen full service cleaners and nail salons. On Pacific you can catch a ride on the 12 Muni which runs you right into Chinatown. Many elderly Asian residents ride the bus in our section doing their daily shopping or various other errands.
Living on Pacific if you have a street facing window prepare to get used to it roaring up and down in the early mornings. Also dont expect your car or house to stay clean soot a plenty will gritty up those in a few days.
Just a block away is Polk Street which you may know well for its food, dinning and nightlife.
Parking on Pacific is hard at best. Be sure to know the meter spots and the permit sticker spots before parking your car. Otherwise be ready to find a nice clean white ticket on your windshield.
