Park Ave
"Park ave is a solid residential street (not the Park ave in NY!)"
I would equate Park Ave with Bloomfield Street in Hoboken. Both streets are great for exactly what they are - perfect streets to live for commuting into New York city. I would just say that Park Ave does not have as upscale a feel as Bloomfield Street. Regardless, Park Ave is pleasant, clean and a great place to live especially if your a workaholic in the city and looking for a little cheaper rent.

Bloomfield St
"This street is great for what it is - a place to live for commuting to the city"
My personal opinion is that Bloomfield Street in Hoboken is totally great for exactly what it is - a perfect street to live for commuting into New York city. While this street may not have the same cache as other more popular streets in Hoboken, this street is pleasant, clean and a great place to live especially if your a workaholic in the city.

Castle Point Ter
"Good if you are a college student"
The whole vibe of Castle Point Terrace in Hoboken is the classic college student residential area. This is not a street to move on to if you do not want to live on the same street as fraternity houses. Not that the students at the Stevens Institute of Technology which is near by are all that rowdy but if you work in NYC and are looking for a cheaper city alternative this is not it.

River St
"Great street - a place you want to be"
I think River street in hoboken is just an absolutely great street to live on with awesome views of New York City, a great street for a lot of delicious and varied opportunities for dining and a great street for a variety of shops - really awesome shopping. This is a great place to live if you really can't afford to live in the city.

Sinatra Dr
"Frank Sinatra Drive is a great place to go to look at NYC or just to clear your head after a long day at work"
I think Frank Sinatra Drive is a great place to go to look at NYC from across the river or just to clear your head after a long day at work. It is a classic drive along the waterfront - a classic just like the great man it is named after - the Mr. Frank Sinatra. You can even enjoy the park located off this street that is named after him - just be careful at night.

Jefferson St
"This is a pretty nice residential street"
I think that Jefferson Street in Hoboken is a pretty nice residential street with some sections looking really nice, well kept and in the better sections some pretty interesting architechture with a few white limestone residential buildings. One main advantage for Jefferson Street is that it is close to public transportation making for a reasonable commute to NYC.

5th St
"Pleasant residential street that ends at the water with great view"
5th Street in Hoboken is a pleasant residential street with some parts a little nicer than others. This street can get pretty busy especially during rush hour times of the day. As you head down 5th street east eventually you will reach the water and get a great view of New York City.

Willow Ave
"This is a great place to live if you want the feel of NYC without being in the city"
Willow Ave is a great place to live if you want the look and feel of being in New York City without actually living right in the city. This street is a residential section of Hoboken and is mostly populated by condominium and townhome buildings. The area is generally clean and has a more upscale feel.

9th St
"Mixed business and residential"
I am not all that crazy about 9th Street in Hoboken, NJ. This street is a not so pleasant mix of local businesses across a wide range of business intermingled with old fashioned, not so well kept street side townhouses and flats. This can be a busy street depending on the time of day. This is not a street that I would want to live on and have only used it as a way to get from point A to point B.
Washington St
"Everything you could need is on Washington St"
Washington street is one of the main streets in Hoboken, NJ and pretty much everything you could ever need for everyday life can be found on Washington St. Shopping, dining and residential dwellings are all readily available on this main thouroughfare. It offers a great alternative to the hectic pace and high prices across the river.

Seabreeze Blvd
"Gorgeous ocean ride"
Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Fl is a gorgeous ride along Fort Lauderdale Beach. The commercial and hotel portion of Fort Lauderdale has been greatly improved over the past ten years. The seedy bars and long lines of cars packed with rowdy kids for spring break of my youth is long gone! But regardless of the commercial side of the street, you can not beat the view and proximity to the atlantic ocean.

Casper Ct
"This is a beautiful upscale residential street"
Casper Court is a beautiful upscale residential street located int the Club at Emerald Hills. The Emerald Hills community has a certain cache about it. If you live in Emerald HIlls and mention it to others who know the area they are bound to be impressed. And in Emerald Hills, Casper court is a lovely street that is well kept with a mix of housing styles mostly of the classic one story ranch but there is also a very pretty 2 story almost tudor looking house that if I ever moved back to Fl I would like to buy.

East Las Olas Blvd
"A tony cosmopolitan shopping and dining district"
I have visited Las Olas Blvd numerous times over the past 30 years and have relished seeing it change and grow over the years. It truly is a tony little cosmopolitan shopping and dining district that has a european feel long before the whole international vibe set in on south beach in miami. My most very favorite part of las olas blvd is the restaurant Cafe de Paris. It is a haven from the typical south florida fare.

Intracoastal Dr
"This is a great street to live on with houses on one side with access to the intracostal"
I love visiting my friends who live on this street in this gorgeous area. This is a great street to live on with beautiful houses that on one side have access to the intracostal waterway. This is classic tropical south florida living. Being near the intracostal waterway gives you all the benefits of living on the water without being on the beach and the major pain in the rear it is to deal with all the salt in the air and the damage it does to your house and belongings.

Northeast 9th Ave
"Road for good access to residential condos"
This is a road for good access to residential condos in fort lauderdale. One side of the street is primarily for parking and access to various buildings housing residential condos and other residential dwellings. On the other side of the street are private businesses that are easy to get to and has ample parking. There is no worry about needing to parallel park on this street!
Northeast 4th Pl
"Very nice classic residential street"
In my opinion, this is a very nice classic residential street in a very nice part of residential downtown Fort lauderdale near las Olas Blvd (very tony shopping and dining district) and the upscale portion of the Fort lauderdale a1a stretch of beach. This street struck me when I visited it as an old style florida neighborhood with classic bungalows. This is not a super upscale big houses street but a tony classic flodida bungalow street.

Northwest 69th St
"This road is used to get from one place to another except if you need to go to the medical examiners office"
My experience with this road is that it is used to get from one place to another expect if you need to go to the medical examiners office for the greater fort lauderdale area. The medical examiners office for the greater fort lauderdale area is the primary destination on this particular road. Using this road at night (it is pitch black at night) to get where you need to go can be a little freaky knowing what you have to drive by. Also this street was a circus thru the whole Anna Nicole saga.

"Quite pleasant retiree street"
I lived on the street for a few months recently with my elderly aunt who has owned her trailer in this trailer community for decades. This is a great street to live on for an older/elderly retiree who wants to live on a street with their own peers and live close to people who will look out for you and help you when you need it or simply get together for dinner if you want company or get lonely. Also the neighbors are very helpful giving eacg other rides to the doctor or the grocery store.

Northeast 63rd Ct
"Very pleasant street to live on"
I consider NE 63rd Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida a very pleasant street to live on. The general neighborhood and residential homes are well kept and the neighborhood is relatively well to do. This would be a good neighborhood for families, active retirees and mature singles. This neighborhood is grest for someone who is working in the are or also wanting to live close to a lot of fun classic south florida activities.

North Federal Hwy
"A utilitarian main street running through most south florida east coast cities"
N Federal Highway is a utilitarian main street running through fort lauderdale FL and most south florida east coast cities from miami to palm beach. It is a main drag that is used to get from one place to another. There are also businesses along the way but depending on what part of town you are in will dictate the level of quality of the businesses.
