"Leimert Park Village"
Being near the village is the best part of Leimert Park. It's walkable, Metro is opening and has a green park area. The area is gentrifying, has a lot of projects around the area. Great community and farmers market on Sunday.

"Up & Coming Area with Suburbs Feel"
A lot of current construction and several projects are underway. New theater, mall, bridge and a lot of houses doing upkeep. A lot of cultural and diversity as well. I love this area if you're looking to buy. It's definitely going through a renaissance period.
