This is a great area, centrally located close to highways that can get you to any part of the St Louis area. Shops, restaurants, entertainment all in walking distance. Public transportation is also available - a short walk to the MetroLink station or catch one of several bus lines. There are at least 18 sit down restaurants in the area, several night clubs and lots of fast food places all within a 10 minute walk. In the summer the Maplewood Pool is only 6 blocks from here and the Farmer's Market on Wednesday nights provides lots of locally produced fruits, vegatables and meats. The modern Maplewood Library provides book, DVD's, music and internet access. There are also three great coffee houses, several art galleries and a bowling alley all within a 5 minute walk.
