Slightly hilly area on La Mesa Walking trail. Homes here tend to be of good size. Established neighborhood. Near Helix High School.

Close to SDSU but not too close. Many homes here have been updated, some have pools. Close to park but not too close.

Lots of businesses on this busy street. If you need a Chiropractor, dry cleaner, nail shop, place to grab lunch, place to work out, groceries, you can find it here.

This circle drive (on the east side of Massachusetts Ave.) is a very friendly established neighborhood. There are nice homes here, many have been updated. Because it is not a through street it is very quiet and rarely anyone here except residents.

There is a tucked away cul-de-sac that is part of the busier Massachusetts Ave. that is a great street to live on. It has 18 newer homes with a small park area for the residents at the end of the street. Some of the homes have a great backyard view of Cowels Mtn. and a great vantage point to view the sunset. There are a few resident bunnies as well.
