"This is not the high rent district"

I live in a trailer park located between North West Grand Avenue and West Missouri Road. While the address states Grand Avenue, Grand runs next to railroad tracks and is commercially zoned. I think of myself more as living on Missouri. My part of West Missouri Road between runs half a mile between Forty Third Avenue and N.W. Grand. On this street you will find five or six different trailer parks. Those on the north side of the street are much nicer than those on the south side. This is not an area I'd recomend living in to anyone. The rail yard is quite active late at night and it's anything but quiet. There is a fair amount of crime here as well. It's mostly petty theft but items left outside overnight are often gone in the morning. It is close to a shopping center, a Home Depot, and some fast food places. The pizza at the shop on 43rd and Missouri is excellent and so is the Mexican food found at the small resturant in the Home Depot lot. The only good thing I can say about the area is it's cheap to live here. Roughly four hundered fifty dollars a month for lot and utilities. However, there are other parks in better areas that are not much more expensive. I've lived in many parts of Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria. This is by far my least favorite. I live here out of economic neccessity. But if I had kids I wouldn't even consider living here.
