"Quiet but has a few sharp turns"

Overall Nipomo is a nice street but it has a few blind spots around some of the corners. As long as you drive the speed limit you will be fine.

"Close to downtown"

My street is within walking distance to downtown but with out all the downtown traffic. On Thursday nights I can walk to the farmers market and buy fresh fruits and vegetables or just enjoy some good barbequed food and listen to live concerts.
