Timberview Dr
"Nice, quiet street. Many families."
Timberview is about 1 mile long and has a variet of starter homes (near the top) to some larger, high priced homes near the cul-de-sac. There are lots of kids and families along this street and it would also be a great place for a first time home buyer or new couple. Its location is near grocery, fast food restaurants and good churches/school and also within 2 miles of the highway so there is easy access to other areas of Cincinnati.

"Amazing homes, nice area"
This street is about 3 years old (2005) and there are some amazing, high priced (500K+) homes on this street. There seem to be mostly young families with children living on this street, and it is off of another street (Legendary Ridge) which also has many young families. It is a beautiful street and would be a great place to live.

"Ok for first time home buyers, but some safety issues."
There are mainly condos to purchase on Hearne Road. They are very affordable for the first time home buyer however there have been quite a few car break-ins and disturbances in the recent years. Because of the low cost of these condos you tend to get a few people that just dont care, but there are quite a few retirees and couples living there too that take good care of their homes. The street is close to shopping, grocery stores and the highway, so in a good location.

Snyder Rd
"New development with nice homes"
Monte Vista is a new development on the west side of cincinnati that has condos, landominiums and single family homes. The single family homes are all very nice (350-400K) and the subdivision would be a great place to raise a family. Because of the entrance off of Harrison Avenue, residents of this street would have only minutes to drive to get to the grocery store, restaurants or to the highway. Great location.

Colerain Ave
"Congested, parts are run down"
Colerain Avenue is always congested. I try to avoid driving down this street at all costs. Parts of Colerain are run down and I would stay away from (near Mt Airy) however towards NOrthgate Mall you can find many restaurants, stores, fast food restaurants and more recently some newer outdoor strip malls and dine in restaurants. Wouldn't live on this street, but ok to go to for some shopping or eating.
Rapid Run Rd
"Busy street, nice neighborhood"
This street is in an area of nice homes however it has become a fairly busy street over the years. It would be a nice place for retirees, couples, or singles to live but I would be nervous having young children playing near that street. Other than that, the houses are average sized and for the most part well kept. There are nice schools, churches nearby but there is somewhat of a drive to get to restaurants or supermarkets.

Arborrun Dr
"Amazing homes, quiet street"
Some of the homes on this street are amazing!! The homes are large and well taken care of, and have average sized lots. The street is near a new middle school and is in the Oak Hills school district which is also nice. Seems to be a very nice place to raise a family if you have the means to afford it.

Durango Green Dr
"Nice homes, family friendly atmosphere"
This street would be a great street for raising a family. The homes are nice and well taken care of. Also seems to be alot of young familes and children living on this street. Durango Green connects to a larger subdivision and an area of high priced estate homes. It is very hilly in that area but if that doesn't bother you I can't think of any other negatives.

North Bend Rd
"Depends on which part of NOrth Bend you are on"
North Bend Road goes from the heart of Cheviot to past St Xavier High School. For the most part, from Cheviot to Colerain Avenue is pretty nice and you will pass some fast food restaurants, and a few parochial schools. Around Colerain/Hamilton Avenue the road is a little shady and I would be careful, especially if walking vs. driving. It is a pretty busy street so I would avoid living here with children.

"Quiet and family friendly neighborhood"
This street is relatively small but if you are looking for a family friendly location, this street is great. There are many young families and tons of kids for your little ones to play with. The street is relatively new (2002-2004) so the people tend to take great care of their yards and homes. The trees are just now starting to grow and line the street as well, which makes it look even nicer.
