I moved to the country for privacy and quiet.Thought it would be good for our kids.I live on Martin Alexander close to the unlicensed junk yard.I moved here for peace and quiet.Don't move in the winter snow covers junk.Trashy neighbors were always knocking trying to bum things at first.Talking about how it was bs that the state gave them a deadline that has long since past to clean up their mess.They've burned tires and whatever else-fire dept doesn't care if they burn during a drought in woods adjoining mine.They were dumping trash and tires in my yard.Their 30ish cats were not being fed properly and always in my yard hunting my ducks,chickens and pawing for fish in my pond.One had his chin missing from being hit by a truck and was left untreated.Most are feral and aggressive.Animal control does nothing.A chain and lock went missing and my horses were let out one night-a gas can was also stolen-I can guess who did that.Rat poison was thrown in my backyard from their side to poison puppies.The nail a dumper phone line does nothing except tell them to stop-even though the trailer owner is on parole for open dumping&burning.They trespass and pull the signs down.The weirdo living there was taking pictures of my son through the fence.Their property is so trashed that it is a landmark to find my home.They leer at my dogs when they think nobody is around.Owner's nephew was arrested for exposing himself in public.Not surprising.They constantly stare and are being nosy peeking through fence if anyone is outside.Very creepy people.If I had to make the choice again I would not move here.Unless they clean it up I will lose money when I sell.They totally ruin living here.On the positive schools are good around here,it is pretty affordable.I do most of my shopping online because of the distance of most stores.If you like country living then Sardinia is OK just dont have the unfortune to live near bad neighbors because they can get by with whatever they want nobody enforces anything here.
