Mockingbird Hill Lane is a safe, great place to raise a family and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. It is less than a mile away from mountain biking trails, including the infamous IBM hill, which leads to a number of trails overlooking Santa Teresa golfcourse. It is also a 1 minute walk to some really great hikes in Greystone park, but watch out for mountain lions as there have been a number of citings. If you like horseback riding there are some really good trails in both directions of the street. The street values are also very high and do not tend to lose value, which is a good quality to have in a home.
