"Great Place to live."
I was one of the first people to move into the neighborhood back in the mid 1990's. Since then, a lot of people have left taken advantage of the increase in home equity and moved out. Over the last few years we have had more people move in with kids, but for the most part they are responsible don't cause any trouble. In this neighborhood, people take responsibility for themselves and their families, which is nice. We've had a couple of incidents in the pass when kids got out of control, but the management company who manages the neighborhood is very strict and consistent. Two attributes that are important to maintain a neighborhood as nice as ours is.
The neighborhhod is relatively quiet and mellow. Not a lot of drama. There are a few hot spots, but in our specific location all the neighbors around us basically keep to themselves. I don't talk to any of my neighbors, on either side or in front, other than basic, generic, pleasentaries, which is fine by me. Civil relationships are important, but I'm personally not into developing anything deeper than that and neither is my wife. We like to do our own thing and maintain our personal privacy. What's nice, however, is the neighborhood gives you the ability to choose how you want to live. Some people like to socialize and do things with their neighbors, and others, like us, prefer our privacy. It's all personal preference.
We live close to everything; police department, library, restaurants and grocery stores are within one to three miles. The 91 Freeway, 67 Freeway and the 55 Freeway are both very close, just minutes away. The neighborhood is situated in a perfect spot in regards to dining, shopping, entertainment and transportation. We made a great decision moving here.
Placentia is a nice city. Where we live there are no gangs. The area is clean and safe. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Orange County.

Also, it is important to note that the trains passing through this area "blow" their horns excessively.
