Westlake is one of the best areas to live in Daly City. It has everything to offer- it is close to many great parks, several golf courses, Lake Merced, and the beach (Thornton State Beach, a public access area), so there are countless opportunities to take advantage of the great weather here and take part in a wide array of outdoor recreational activities. This neighborhood is established and fairly upscale, but not at all pretentious. The school districts for this neighborhood are great, and you are also conveniently located to the 280 Freeway and the BART station for commuters. It is a very quiet, safe, and desirable area to live in Daly City.

Glenwood Avenue is a street that runs through a pleasant little neighborhood with a great location. Whether you are a golfer, a surfer, or a commuter, this area has something for you. Very close to the Olympic Club golf course, the seashore, Lake Merced, the 280, and also the BART station by the 280, however you commute this is a convenient location.

Garden Grove Drive is a pleasant, quiet street in a nice little neighborhood near the golf course. I love that it is such a short drive to Lake Merced. There are several other parks in the area, and it is also very close to the Thornton State Beach public beach area, so there are lots of advantages to the location.

Fairmont Drive is in an adorable neighborhood nestled between the Olympic Club Golf Course and Daly Blvd. It is a short drive west on Daly to the beach, and a short drive east on Daly to the 280 expressway, so it is conveniently located both for business and pleasure. This is a pleasant and desirable neighborhood in which to live, when i have visited friends here, the neighbors always seem friendly, you often see people walking.

Westmont Drive is a pleasant street, with friendly neighbors conveniently located for many attractions in Daly City. It is great for golfers as it is a very short drive over to the Olympic Golf Club. Westmont Dr is also very close to Lake Merced, and a short drive over to the beach. Friends who live here tell me it is also a good school district.

Weston Drive is a street of charming, small to medium sized homes. The lawns are well kept and houses are very cute, although somewhat dated. This is a great neighborhood, it is quiet and safe, and a great location for families. Good schools are not far, as well as many parks, the public shoreline, golfing, and many other outdoor activities.

Eastgate Dr is the main entrance into a cute little neighborhood in Daly City. There is not much traffic as it isn't really a thru street except for people who live in this neighborhood. Homes are mostly from the 50s and 60s, some charmingly funky and others just kind of blah. This area is safe and the people seem friendly.

I absolutely love the area that Lakemont Drive is located in. The homes are older and therefore not the same old cookie cutter style. It is also centrally located to several golf courses and parks, Lake Merced, the beach, and not far from the 280 for commuters. This is a safe and quiet, charming neighborhood.

Oaklawn Drive has a great location in Daly City. It is a short drive directly up to Lake Merced and all the recreational activities offered there. It is also near several other parks and golf courses, not to mention a very short drive to the beach. Overall, this is a cute, quiet neighborhood in a fantastic location.

Fleetwood Drive is in a great neighborhood, especially for families. It is safe and quiet, and neighbors are friendly. It is close to many different attractions for every member of the family- Lake Merced, golfing, parks, shopping, and the beach. This is a quiet neighborhood without much thru traffic but is convenient to John Daly Blvd and other larger thoroughfares.

Westhaven Drive is a street in a very cute little neighborhood. Homes are older, from the 50s and 60s, with that peculiar style, and only small to medium in size, but this adds to the charm of the area. Homes are nice but have character. This is a great location, convenient to many major streets in Daly City, and to several parks and the beach.
