his neighbor hood is lovely oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Within a short drive from Paradise Valley Mall or Desert Ridge it makes shopping a breeze. Its the kind of place you can walk your dog each evening and get to know your neighbors.

Elementary, middle, high, and college schools in area. Great plaza with frys, target, ross, applebees, annas linens, ihop, BofA, Chase, Panda Express, Walmart, walgreens. Around 7pm you can see neighbors walking dogs, and taking them to the park. Traffic is rather busy at times but neighborhood is in the middle of it all. Gas stations, Gym, Tutor Time, Galleghars, buffet, sonic, dmv, sonic, Az Mills Mall 10 min away along with I10 and 60 freeways ramps.

North Phoenix/Paradise Valley, is where a white collar worker or higher would appreciate living. The area is well established yet is still seeing new growth in homes, and in business'. There are new out door malls being built, and even introducing a mall with apartments above the stores in North Gate. The schools are better established in this area as well, giving your children a better education.

35th Ave and Peoria is a great place to raise a family. Very close to Cortez Park, with a public pool, playground, picnic areas, a very nice pond/lake with paddle boats and lot’s of ducks. For shopping, you are just down the street to the famous Metro Center Mall just located south of interstate 17. Great schools, churches, plenty of places to go to and live it up or relax in the very needed air conditioned movie theaters located very close by. This area has grown throughout the years but still remains a very excellent place to live and raise a family, with safe neighborhoods and very friendly neighbors.
