"One of Plano's Best"
Lots of people moving into this area. Definitely a neighborhood on the move in one of the Metroplex's most up-and-coming areas. One of the more established neighborhoods in Plano (lots of trees, parks, unique homes, etc.) that is turning over quickly. Cool homes ranging from over 100 years old to those built in the 1950s and 1960s. Walking distance to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, mass transit, arts district, services, and more. Always lots of people out and about. Quiet at night. Very low crime. Still some affordable houses, but that's changing quickly and home values are going up rapidly.
