One of the worst places that I ever had lived in. This used to be a nice development in 2005, but that all changed when we moved back in late 2010. The neighborhood became overrun by renters. Too many young guys in this place (at least, when I was there from 2010 to 2013) acting like punks. Our end unit's ceiling lights in front of our garage were found busted on three separate occassions after returning from vacation; my car was egged; my mother's car was found busted on the passenger-side window; someone always would be reporting us to the homeowner's association for having too many things in our garage; and we often would receive an orange tag (a violation slip) on our recycle bin for having asparagus in it, but someone else would be putting it there.

Neighbors here were the unfriendliest and most ignorant that I ever had seen. No sense of community or warm-heartedness; it was cold vibes all around. I never had anyone shine a flashlight in my face at night, asking me if I had a plastic bag for when my dog would defecate.

The building complex itself was faulty because of leaking throughout all of the units. It was discovered that the piping was plastic tubing. The last that I had heard there was an impending lawsuit against either the contractor, the developer, or both parties.

Unfriendly and aloof neighbors. Though, the man who lives next door attempted to converse with me and, on a few occasions, waved at me, I cannot say the same about the rest of his family. Typically, our neighbors in front of us have a habit of revving their car engines late at night and the guy (the head of the household) who lives there sometimes has a temper tantrum. Commonly, there would be people doing the same as they speed drive along Hunte Parkway. Every now and then shopping carts would be left along the edge of the street corner. And, some people or someone has a nasty habit of incessantly honking their horn when they drive by. Sometimes, in the morning, I hear either a girl or a guy utter in a muffled yet audible voice an insult as they pass by my window.

Highly self-conscious people who, at the sight of you glancing in their direction (even though you may not have been looking at them), perceive it negatively, and, thus, will commonly react either by yelling "What?" or by making some type of gesture toward you. Neighborly friendliness rarely exists here. People usually keep to themselves and communicate only with those whom they know. When they see you approaching them from a distance, they typically will go away or look in another direction. Also, passive aggressivness exists to a tee. I cannot count how many times I have randomly heard the word 'Asshole' and have been told to "Shut up" from a distance simply for closing my car door (which I never slam, yet many people here do) or locking it with my car clicker. In my neighborhood, there always is either a girl or a guy who walks by my window and utters some insult in a muffled, yet audible voice. One time a guy was walking by at night and I heard the loud sound of his voice echo in my direction, saying "Leave!" And, they teach their kids to be like this. Sometimes, I hear a little kid saying some profanity.

One thing for sure that you will not see anywhere else is junk laying on the road or highway because someone who probably was hauling something on the back of their pickup truck did not properly secure their belongings.

Typically, you will endure someone who will cough or clear their throat incessantly, as though they want to say something but do not. Or, even somebody who will make an abrupt, loud sound.
