"Quiet Cul de Sac of 18 Homes"

Our neighborhood used to be an orchard and there are many apple, pear and nut tress still in a lot of yards. All homes built after 1985 ( we bought then) and many have been updated or remodeled since. We are on our second generation of kids growing up here as those of us who bought in the 80's have grown kids now. Close to great schools, shopping , freeway access and public transportation. Walking distance to Microsoft Main Campus and 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue.Metro bus stop at the end of the cul de sac.
