Udall St
"Short, crowded street"
I had some friends that lived in some apartments on Udall Street that I visited frequently. Though it's generally known that parking is a little crowded around Point Loma, especially near Ocean Beach, it was especially crowded on Udall. There were times when I had to park on a different street entirely and walk to my friends' apartment. All houses/apartments were also really close together as well, so not much privacy was available. If you are the type of person who likes to entertain, I would recommend not living on this street.

Moana Dr
"Lovely, peaceful neighborhood"
Adjacent to Point Loma Nazarene University, where I attended. When going for a run off campus, I would frequently head North from Lomaland Drive and run through the windy road, sometimes taking slight detours on John St or Tarento Dr. What I love about Moana Dr is that this part of the street is lined with palm trees, providing shade and just a cool vibe. The residents on this street are mostly quiet - I've run this street at various times of the day and have enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood. It is a very safe neighborhood. You would never know that a few thousand college students live nearby. It is close to a grocery store, to Sunset Cliffs, and Ocean Beach. Only about 10 minutes from downtown - but at the same time, you feel removed from the city. It definitely has more of a suburban feel than anything. Great place to live.

Concord St
"Tough run"
Hill street makes a good workout. I know that friends who have been a part of various sports teams at PLNU have had to run this street on a regular basis. Very steep, but cool, because it ends with a great view at the bottom, where it intersects with Sunset Cliffs Blvd - it's a great reward to hit the ocean at the bottom of the street, not to mention some beautiful houses as well. Sunset View Elementary School is also on this street, about halfway between Catalina and Sunset Cliffs. Aside from elementary school kids in the area, it is a relatively quiet street with light traffic most days.
