Fort Vancouver Way
"The Heart of The City"
This is the place to be for young people in the city, this street converges upon General George Marshall Park, Vancouver's VA, The Water Works Park, Vancouver Central Park, The O'connell Sports Center, and Clark College. WOW what a list! Clark College ranks high up there in my opinion, an affordable education these days is nothing to scoff at, I know many successful people who got their start in their class rooms. The parks on this street are a perfect place for students to go take their lunch break or to relieve some of that stress from school, all you need is within 15 minutes.

Northeast Hazel Dell Ave
"This Street is Growing!"
I used to visit a friend here very often 10 years ago, and even though I go back maybe once a year to visit, the amount his neighborhood has grown still amazes me. This part of Vancouver,WA has quickly become a center of retail and commerce as well as a family friendly housing area. No worries in this part of town, far enough away from Portland to avoid the total rush, but still near enough the city for convenience, a real winner!

Northwest Erwin O Reiger Memorial Hwy
"Down the road to Beautiful Lake Vancouver"
I spent a lot of time on this road during my stays in Vancouver, WA. Back where I come from we used to spend our days down at the pond fishing and boating when we were kids, and that always stuck with me. This scenic rural road just on the outskirts of the city leads you down to Lake Vancouver, where you can plunk your hook in and relax away those warm summer days.

"A trip to a friends."
When I was a little bit younger, I came back home from working the apple orchards my father owns, and my friend Josh allowed me to live with him in his apartment on E Mill Plain for several weeks. I met a lot of friendly people in his neighborhood, a few whom are still friends to this day. There is limitless possibilities in Vancouver,WA, and if you can't find what you're looking for here, Portland is just across the bridge.

Z St
"One of Vancouver's Finest"
A very commercial area with plenty of nearby housing, dining, and fun. A number of department stores and ethic food restaurants dot this street, as well as any other modern convince you can think of. A great place to start a family in this little big city, very near Portland and a number of employment opportunities.
