"Luxurious and Safe Town"
Villa Park is located in the northern side of the Orange County and is known for having the smallest population amongst all the cities within the County of Orange in California.
Villa Parks has about 2000 houses and is a city that is categorized primarily for single family homes. There is one shopping center called the Village Park Towne Center that fulfills their grocery and daily needs. This town center is also home to their City Hall.
This high end community comes with homes that mostly have their own pools or tennis courts and thus does not have any public parks. Villa Park is well known for their winding streets and minimal sidewalks. This town is filled with trees and plants that add a very serene and lovely atmosphere to this city.
The children of Villa Park attend schools operated by the Orange Unified School District. The median annual household income here is over $116,000. Villa Park is also reputed for being a safe town with a low crime rate. This makes it an even more attractive town to live in. Villa Park also houses one division of the Orange County Public Library.
Annual events organized by the people of Villa Park include the City Picnic where the families of Villa Park gather to enjoy a fun day at the Irvine Regional Park. This Picnic is filled with fun games, music and food. Also in early December, they welcome the holiday season with the Great Inland Boat Parade and Holiday Celebration. Here there is a proud parade of decorated yachts, boats and horse wagons. One could then enjoy the tree lighting ceremony.

"$$$$$$$"
Villa Park is where all of the old money of Orange County resides. The homes and lots here are huge and beautifully maintained. No one drives a crappy car. No one has a house that is not immaculately decorated. The residents are predominantly white families who, to put it plainly, make a crap load of money.
This city is untouchable as far as crime and they have closed off their walls to outsiders. Their city motto is "The Hidden Jewel" and they are going to keep it that way! I have lived in Orange County for eight years and have only been in this area once by accident - I could see eyes in the windows of every house I drove by. Neighborhood Watch definitely works in Villa Park!
Although Villa Park may not have a lot of action inside its city limits (the main items on their city council calendar are Rotary Club and AA meetings), it is very close to Anaheim and Orange. Each one of these surrounding cities offers a ton of entertainment and shopping options with The Block and The Mall of Orange. Villa Park is located right next to the 55, which is a straight shot down to Newport Beach for shopping there or simply visiting the beach!
